Unfortunately there was never any further reaction or resolution given ! I have to admit I got reaction when I reported crashing errors here. But nothing more than we are looking into the problem. No solution for over a year now! I don't believe that Smart Cutter gets any attention anymore. Wasted ...

Hi, Any news on my problem? It starts to get a bit frustrating since it's nearly a year now that this issue is not resolved. The Mac version more or less works with SD streams – but with HD material it crashes all the time. Even under WinXP Smart Cutter is crashing from time to time ... an of course...

since I bought a license in May, I wanted to try the new version (1.9.4) on MacOS to see if the problem is gone. But the latest mac version is still 1.9.3, right?

Any advances in correcting the bug? Using a virtual machine Windows is not really that comfortable ...
