Re: Application crash when sliding movie on change AR frame
Just now, Smart Cutter also crashed after I had already clicked "Start Batch", and was typing a filename. So, it has nothing to do with moving the slider. I could not possibly have been doing any interaction with the Smart Cutter interface at that time. That is really weird.

Re: Application crash when sliding movie on change AR frame
Dear admin, I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce it consistently. For example, just now Smart Cutter crashed on me when the blue slider was in the third commercials break in a recorded movie, about 4 GB in size. (Needless to say, again I had forgotten to save my project already). So, I reopened the movi...

Re: Application crash when sliding movie on change AR frame
For me, Smart Cutter crashes very frequently nowadays, when sliding the big bar. It is very frustrating, I need to remember to save my project each time I clicked a begin and end point... I get the following error information from Windows 8.1: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Applicat...

Re: inaccurate positioning
I found another software Video**** which can process those files just fine. So actually it doesn't seem there is a problem with the files themselves. I've been waiting for four months now. Should I wait any longer for your developers, or is nothing going to happen and would it be wiser for me to pur...

Re: inaccurate positioning
Hi,
Is there still no news on this? I tried processing these files with v4.1.7, with and without TME mode, and the start and stop frames are still totally inaccurate, unfortunately.

Re: inaccurate positioning
Mr. Admin,
Have you had a chance to look into the sample file that I uploaded? Is it something that could be fixed?
Thanks.
Regards,
Ronny

Re: inaccurate positioning
I read your post, and indeed I also got occasional crashes. I'm not sure if I get more crashes now than before, with the old Hauppage HD PVR drivers. But indeed I also suspect the HD PVR drivers to cause the "moving" start and end points, and the strange "loops" that you also des...

Re: inaccurate positioning
Hi, Sorry for the somewhat late reply. I've uploaded /rdhoore108/sample.zip which includes: a short recording from the TV (2011_12_22_20_30_33.TS), a project file with two selections (test.prj) my Smart Cutter settings file in case the settings matter (vs_fame.ini) After marking these two sets of st...

inaccurate positioning
Hi, I'm having many troubles with "Smart Cutter for DV and DVB" these days. My start and end points always end up to be inaccurate. Let's say I set a start and end point, and then click "Add list". Then I right-click with the mouse on the entry that was added to the list on the r...
