I think I have the same problem, and I do use v1.3.2. So my problem is that quite regularly, when I select a certain start point and end point, and add it to the list, the start point as it ends up in the list turns out to be a few frames earlier than what I had selected. I have the same experience with v1.3.2 and the "TC 0 Base" option enabled. The start time of the first entry in the list becomes negative.

In addition to dropping, also a filename on the command line would be very helpful, so that clicking on a move in Windows Explorer, and then right-clicking "Open with..." will work. Now if we do this, it opens Smart Cutter, but the movie itself is not opened (because Smart Cutter ignores t...
