Smart Cutter 1.4.9 not working properly

When I make start points and end points to a file and press the "record" button, I am asked where to save the file. And I am also asked what I should call the file?
Whyyy? This has always worked so flawlessly before. Earlier versions have always remembered the open file directory and the save directory.
Second, when I finally start the cutting, it does not actually cut anything. It just seems to make a copy of the original file.

I don't have time for this, so is there a place where I can download an older version of your program? Can't seem to find it anywhere

Thank you for the older version, which worked as it should, btw.

No point in directing me to a cutting user guide, I have been using your program for over 2 years, and believe me when I say to you, v1.4.9 is not working as it should.

You'll have to read the help they have made a major change to the program.

The time line holds multiple current edits which you save with the red record button and the BATCH section which looks the same is new. When you save here you save what ever is on the time line not individual edits as before.

We've all been making the same mistake.

Its worth reading the new help so you can change habits

Had to try it, but got it right.
You don't press "Start Batch!" but now you press the red record button.
In my case I also keep "link" yellow (on) and now the output file was 5 GB and timeline correct.
Problem solved.
